Mission:  Crossroads Management Group, LLC seeks to acquire and operate companies which have reached a crossroad, and require operating, strategic, and/or capital restructuring to further drive profitable growth.  Acquisition candidates range from companies experiencing recent sales and profitability decline to those growing modestly but in need of help to take their performance to the next level. 

In general we seek to acquire New England-based, industrial manufacturing, distribution, and service companies with an enterprise value between $5 million and $25 million.  Industries of interest include:

Target companies need to have demonstrated sustainable competitive advantages with the potential for further growth through internal means, international expansion, or add-on acquisitions.
